Founded on 18 March 2023, Binlin Knife Store emerged from the established heritage of Binlin Linen through a strategic partnership with renowned Japanese knife maker, Sakai Takayuki. What began with a single brand has since evolved into a curated collection from a diverse range of elite suppliers, forming one of Singapore’s most comprehensive Japanese knife selections.

We believe a knife is more than a tool; it is a synthesis of centuries of rich cultural history and technical mastery at every stage of knife-making. We operate not just as retailers, but as advisors and educators.
