Collection: Yasuda Hamono

Founded in 1957 in Seki, Japan, Yasuda Hamono brings decades of knifemaking experience to the everyday kitchen. The maker pays close attention to heat treatment, grinding and sharpening, with much of the production and finishing carried out by hand. From the Kotetsu series to the original Saku Saku line, its knives reflect a simple aim: to bring the pleasure of a clean, satisfying cut to daily cooking. Our selection pairs VG-10 cores with flowing Damascus patterns and hammered tsuchime finishes, offering lasting sharpness, easy everyday care and distinctive character across shapes suited to everything from delicate preparation to slicing and chopping.
